Telephone and Skype Psychological Therapy UK (Covid-19)
Covid-19 has temporarily transformed the way we live our lives. Many of the actions we take to regulate our mental health are suddenly unavailable to us at a time of heightened anxiety and uncertainty. In times of self-isolation, social distancing and other concerns it is more important than ever to look after your mental health. I am currently providing services via telephone and Skype to both new and existing clients. My services are available for a single consultation or for a course of therapy.

Telephone Psychological Therapy UK (Covid 19)
I am working exclusively on Telephone and Skype during the UK Lockdown, until further notice, with an option for new clients to either transfer to face to face sessions or continue online at the end of the lockdown. There is a requirement that, during telephone or Skype sessions, that you can speak without being overheard or interrupted.
Skype Psychological Therapy UK (Covid 19)
The benefit of Skype is that we can physically see each other, an important aspect of communication. As with other digital methods, Skype allows you to attend a therapy session from the comfort of your own location anywhere in the world.
Skype Therapy sessions follow the same format as traditional face to face sessions with the only difference being the format in which the treatment is delivered. If you are not used to video calling it may feel strange initially. I find that my clients who have not used video chat before, adjust to it very quickly.
